First Name, Company, Case Name, Location, minimum budget, maximum Budget Minimum Shoot Date and maximum Shoot Date.

Last Name: This is client's last name
	
First Name: This is the clients first name.

Company: This is the clients company name.
	
Case Name: This is the project name

Location: This is project location
