The Statements Screen enables you to design your own statements for printing on plain paper or your company letterhead. You can specify which information will show in the statement’s header and footer areas and how the open item information is to print on the statement.
A statement format is sometimes referred to as a layout. It is also sometimes called a specification.
When viewing or printing customer statements, you are able to filter based on Customer Company Name, Customer Reference Customer Names, Invoices dates,location and sorting criteria. You are also able to select if to Include zero balances, Print Company Header , Send Emails and Limit printing by number days late.
You are able to view/print the statements by clicking on Launch Statements
