The MRP Process Flags Choice by Catscreen includes manufacturing tables that have details on each flag for the product routing, MRP flags, labor grades and cost codes. This also stores the work order priority flags, Options and status codes. The MRP process flags are grouped by item category.

Item Category : This is the item category name

Subcategory: If the item has sub categories, this is the sub category name

MRP Process Flag Options : These are different MRP flags as captured

Company: This is the company name.

Vendor: This is the item vendor name.

The MRP Report Generator screen allows you to generate different reports on the system for calculating the materials and components needed to manufacture your products.

Report: This is the report name

Location: This is the name of the company division

Planner:This is the name of the person responsible for generating the MRP

MRP Forecast Type: This depends on different forecast categories defined by the company

Start Item Partnum: This is the unique number of the item to be manufactured first

Finish Item Partnum: This is the unique number of the item to be manufactured last.

Replacement Method: Allows you to choose if replacement of parts is through purchase or manufacturing

Sort by: Allows you to choose how to sort your items

Item Category: This is based on item categories defined in the system
