The General Rec Templates Screen allows you to capture sales that recur at a regular time interval. Examples are rent collected from tenants, loan repayment amounts, and regular monthly service charges. These sales need to be entered as sales only once. Then, they can be selected periodically and turned into invoices.

You can use the Make New template functionality to create a new receivable template.

The Receivable Templates Screen allows you to view a listing of all templates, both user and predefined templates. You can edit accordingly.

Template Name: This is how you have named your template

Total Dollars: This is the total value of sales in dollars

Terms: These are the credit terms

Purchase Order: This is any PO associated with the template

Preview: This allows you to see a preview of your template
