The Annual Trial Balance Screen shows a Report with all the entries for one or more accounts for one year accounting period.

The upper section of the screen allows you to specify the year and location of the report you need to prepare.

The lower section of the screen shows the trial balance details based on your details. This includes a breakdown of the beginning balance, debits, credits, change and end balances plus the totals for the same.

Month: Shows a break down of every month for the annual trial balance report

Beginning Balance: Shows the account balances at the beginning of the year

Debit: Shows the debit totals for the year

Credit : Shows the credit totals for the year

Change: Shows the variance between the beginning and end of the year balances

Ending Balance: Shows the account balance at the end of the year.
