The Make New GL Template Screen allows you to define a new template, which is used to organize various transactions that may be stored in the GL. It also allows creation of custom templates as per users' preferences.

The Browse button allows you to look for a GL Template from another location and import through the Import functionality.

Template name: This will be the description of the template you create

Notes: This is optional additional information on the template

Location : This is the associated division for the template

Account No: These are the account numbers to be for accounts to presented through the template

Account Description: This is the name of the associated account

Debit: These are the debit balances for the accounts

Credit: These are the debit balances for the accounts

Project/Sub-Pro/Task: this is any project or task tied to the accounts
