The GL Forms Screen allows you to specify the Standard layouts and specifications and include the layout, specification, and process of creating financial statements. There are both standard/predefined and custom form templates that can be adapted to user needs

Report: This includes a checkbox that allows you to select for the various reports you want to prepare

Identification

Form Name: This is the type of financial statement

Form Title: This is the name of your financial report

General Ledger Year: This is the year the GL was set-up
