The [[http://wiki.openpro.com/doku.php?id=products:distribution:inventory-control:inventory-control|Physical Count Close]] Screen allows you to close the physical item counting process. This is usually done to allow adjustment of the inventory quantity after the physical count.

PI#: This is aunique number given to the Physical Inventory	

Store: This is the store where the physical count is going on
	
Notes: This optional additional information on the physical count	

Start date: This is the date when the physical count started

End date: This is the date when the physical count started

Move Inventory: Allows you to move inventory from one store/bin to another

Consume Negative Inventory: Allows you to discard any negative inventory balances	

Adjust: Allows you to modify inventory quantities after physical count	

Costed Report: Allows you to view the Physical Inventory Costed Variance report

Close/Open: You can end an items/inventory physical count process here
