The [[http://wiki.openpro.com/doku.php?id=products:distribution:order-entry:so-app-guide|Purge Quotes]] Screen allows you to delete/remove all quotations in the system up to a certain defined date. Once you set a date and click **View Quotes** to view a listing of the quotes, you can select the ones you want to remove and click **Delete Selected Quotes**

Quote Num: This is the unique quotation reference number

PO Number: This is a unique purchase order number

Customer: This is the customer name

Status: This tracks status of the order

Total Price: This is the total order value

Quote Date: This is the date when the quotation was created

View:Allows you to drill down to the details of the quotation
