The [[http://wiki.openpro.com/doku.php?id=products:financial:gl-app-guide|Make New GL Template]] Screen allows you to  define a new template, which is used to organize various transactions that may be stored in the GL. It also allows creation of custom templates as per users' preferences.

The **Browse** button allows you to look for a GL Template from another location and import through the **Import** functionality.

Template name: This will be the description of the template you create

Notes: This is optional additional information on the template

Location : This is the associated division for the template

Account No: These are the account numbers to be for accounts to presented through the template

Account Description: This is the name of the associated account

Debit: These are the debit balances for the accounts

Credit: These are the debit balances for the accounts

Project/Sub-Pro/Task: this is any project or task tied to the accounts
