The Standard Documents screen allows you to define different documents that are used within the sales process. With this screen you can add a new document type, edit or delete standard sales documents with details such as Document code and Description.

Document Type Code: This is a unique code identifier for sales documents

Type Description: Describes the type of document

Use on Leads: Check to confirm the document can be used on sales leads

Use on Sales Orders: Check to confirm the document can be used on sales leads
