The CRM Groups screen represents codes used to organize CRM entities into logical groups and control access to them. The Groups are created and maintained by the user. Each CRM entity is assigned to one Group. When adding or editing a CRM entity, the Group is selected from a pull-down list. You can add, modify or delete groups in this screen.

Description - The name of the Group.

Privilege Level - The single-digit priority (0 through 9) for the Group.

Let other groups View Leads - This option controls access by other Groups with the same Privilege Level.

Let other groups Change Leads - This option controls access by other Groups with the same Privilege Level.
